Program for Smaller Associations
Smaller associations do not have to pay higher prices simply because they need fewer patches. Our Bulk Connect Program makes it possible to combine orders with other Associations to reach better pricing levels without ordering more than you need.
By participating in a shared bulk order, Associations can:
A minimum order of 50 patches per style is required, such as 200 Game, 500 Series, and other award types. We help coordinate the process to keep everything organized and running smoothly from start to finish.

Smaller associations do not have to pay higher prices simply because they need fewer patches. Our Bulk Connect Program makes it possible to combine orders with other Associations to reach better pricing levels without ordering more than you need.
By participating in a shared bulk order, Associations can:
Multiple Associations that are wanting the same style of patches like 225 Game, 250 Game,500 Series,
600 Series, 75 Pin over Average, 140 Pins over Series, League Champion, need to order a minimum of 50 of each. And now you can offer special awards for various Leagues like 9 Pin No Tap of Youth patches of 8 Pin No Tap. All patches will have our logo and the Name on the patch will be your State.
We believe the order process is almost the same as we use for all orders;
- Order is placed that list the various styles and the grand total of patches for each.
- We will prepare a price quote for the order and your approval. Note we have two (2) options for payment.
- Once the payment option has been confirmed we have samples of the various styles made for your approval.
- Once approved we will have final proofs made for your approval.
- Order will than be placed into production.
- You will be advised when the order has shipped and will be given a USPS tracking number of the shipment.

If you are part of a smaller Association, we would be happy to discuss your needs for customized award patches and help you explore your ordering options.
Options of payment method and shipment:
Option A
- Larger Association is main contact point.
- All correspondence will be with them.
- All final approvals will with them.

The complete order will be shipped to them and they will be emailed the USPS tracking number.
- Final invoice will be mailed with the shipment and is due in ten (10) days.
- If the order is very large a deposit may be requested.

The various other Associations will be notified by the larger Association when they can pick up their patches or mailed to them by the larger association.
- The larger Association will need to workout the payment and shipping plan to each of the other Associations.
Option A
- Larger Association is main contact point.

All ordering, review of samples and proof will be by the larger Association.
- Each location will be given a price quote for their number of total patches.

Each location may be required to make deposit. The amount may vary based on the total of each Association.
- Each location will be shipped their patches and final invoice. Invoice will be due in ten (10) days.
- Each location will be emailed a USPS tracking order number when shipped.
Here is an example of savings six (6) Associations would have if using the Bulk Plan vs. ordering separately.
